This Privacy Policy explains how RewardPlay ("we", "us", "the app") handles information when you use the RewardPlay mobile application, published under the package name com.rewardplay.rewardplay on Google Play.

By using RewardPlay, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

a) Account information (optional). RewardPlay lets you sign in with Google. If you choose to sign in, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier through Firebase Authentication. You can use most of the app as a guest without signing in.

b) Gameplay and profile data. We store your in-app progress — coins, reward points, level, XP, scores, daily streak, and scratch-card credits — so your account works across sessions. Guest progress is stored locally on your device; signed-in progress may be associated with your account.

c) Approximate location (region). We detect your approximate region (from your IP address or device locale) to show gift-card options relevant to where you are. We do not collect precise GPS location.

d) Advertising data. RewardPlay shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and process data — including your advertising ID (AAID), device information, and usage signals — to serve and measure ads. See Google's policies linked below.

e) Redemption information. When you redeem reward points for a gift card, we collect the information needed to fulfil that redemption (such as the email address the gift card is sent to).

2. How we use information

• To provide and operate the games and features
• To save and sync your progress and rewards
• To process gift-card redemptions
• To show region-relevant reward options
• To display advertising that supports the free app
• To maintain security and prevent fraud or invalid activity

3. Third-party services

RewardPlay relies on the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — policies.google.com/technologies/ads
• Google Firebase (authentication) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Play services — policies.google.com/privacy

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising ID

This app uses the Android Advertising ID for ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads.

5. Data retention

We keep account and progress data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the service. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Account & data deletion

You can request deletion of your RewardPlay account and its associated data at any time:

• Email us at talwartushar8@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my RewardPlay account".
• We will delete your account information, progress, and redemption history within 30 days, except where we must retain records to comply with law or prevent fraud.
• Guest data is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

7. Children's privacy

RewardPlay is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
